Lawyer Comoros : MZE Azad
MZE Azad joined the National School of the Judiciary of Bordeaux after obtaining a Master’s degree in private law.
He served as magistrate and was first appointed head of jurisdiction in Moroni, the largest jurisdiction in the country. He then joined the Comorienne de l’Eau and Electricité team – then a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal – as legal advisor.
As a judge of the Headquarters He also presided over civil and commercial chambers and thus has a solid experience in business law.
He resumed his duties as magistrate and appointed head of court for a second time.
He joined the Ministry of Justice as National Coordinator of a United Nations Project on Justice and Human Rights.
In 2012, he founded his Law Firm, which is very active both nationally and internationally. He is one of the ten lawyers accredited to the Supreme Court of the Comoros.
MZE holds a Master II in Comparative Public Law (University of Perpignan), a Master II in Political Science and a University Degree in International Relations (Lyon III).
